A Fresh Start
Let's get the bad news out of the way first. Whether you're a new or returning customer, you'll be starting with a blank slate. You'll need to create a NEW User Account which will contain no previous order info/history or payment methods.
Don't panic.
We still have a record of your previous order history, proofs, and artwork. If you need help reordering a previous project, dialing in details, or retrieving an art file...we're here for you.
Pricing Change
If you've been working with us for a while, you know we hate increasing our prices. In order for us to continue to provide the same level of service and quality in our production & materials, it became necessary for us bump the numbers up on our custom stickers just over 2%.
For most, this won't make much of a difference. For our team, this will help us continue to stay competitive in the marketplace and grow our business to support the folks that make the most difference...you!
For Resellers
If you've previously had Reseller or Tax Exempt status with us, send a message as soon as you create your new user account and our team will add Reseller status. In your message, be sure you include your most recent, valid Reseller's Permit or documentation to prove Tax Exempt status.
Any previous discounts will also be applied.
Launch Date - June 2nd
It's almost time! The new Diecutstickers.com is launching June 2nd at 8am pst. We will stop accepting online orders at noon on June 1st and our site will go down for launch the following morning. If you need to place an order during the site downtime, our account rep team can help.
