To better serve the needs of our customers and our team, we decided that moving to an all-new platform for a fresh start was critical. As a result of this move, many features and processes will seem familiar while functioning in new ways.

Fresh Start
Let's get the bad news out of the way first. Whether you're a new or returning customer, you'll be starting with a blank slate. You'll need to create a NEW user account which will contain no previous order info/history or payment methods.
Don't panic.
We still have a record of your previous order history, proofs, and artwork. If you need help reordering a previous project, dialing in details, or retrieving an art file...we're here for you.
Resellers
If you've previously had Reseller or Tax Exempt status with us, send a message as soon as you create your new user account and our team will add Reseller status. In your message, be sure you include your most recent, valid Reseller's Permit or documentation to prove Tax Exempt status.
Any previous discounts will also be applied.

Currently we're looking at a mid-April launch. Expect a hard launch date announcement soon.
