Firebird Chocolate is a divison of Foodbeat NW, a project whose mission is toSUPPORT LOCAL FOOD.
Firebird Chocolate sources some of the world's finest handmade, organic, better-than-Fair Trade chocolate. Our unique funding model puts more money into the hands that need it most, the farmers who provide the cocoa beans and other ingredients. In 2012 we give 10% of our gross profits back to the communities in which many of our raw resources come from through community health education and access to clean and safe water initiatives.
