Printing and cutting custom stickers at any scale is full of wacky pitfalls and hilarious quirks. Luckily we have methods in place to overcome this amusing foibles and keep your stickers looking great.
One such method is called Setting a Bleed. This technique adds extends the artwork or border around your design to ensure a clean cut. To achieve this, we simply add a thick stroke or extend the art 1/8th of an inch beyond the cut line. Take a look above to see an example. The pink line is our cutline and the white background of the sticker "bleeds" beyond it when printed.
