Rwanda Girls Initiative (RGI), working with the local community and Ministry of Education, will design, develop and build a model girlsâ secondary boarding school in an underserved sector of the country. This school will deliver high quality education to girls giving them a number of opportunities upon graduation. RGI will also develop, along with our partner, Washington State University, a number of income generating programs enabling the school to become independent. RGIâs goal is to replicate this model, when proven successful in other parts of the country.
