Everybody, say hi to one of the overlooked products DCS has to offer...Custom Stencils!
Stencils will forever be a great way to distribute art onto various surfaces quickly & efficiently under pressure.
How we do it: using a Routing Machine, we gently grind out designs into 1/8th inch white PVC. The resulting stencil is lightweight and portable, though only moderately durable. Letter Centers are held in place with small bridges to keep the graphic intact. That's pretty much it. Simplicity at its finest.
Once the stencil is ready, create art on almost any surface. This particular stencil is for So-Gnar, who will be decorating park features on their Snowboard Camp Tour.
