What kind of files do you accept?

AI, PDF, JPG, PNG, SVG, PSD, EPS

Where do I upload my artwork?

Artwork is uploaded after you submit your order at checkout. If you’re working with an account rep, files are emailed.

How Do I Indicate a Cutline?

If you made your own cutline, please indicate it with a 1pt stroke set to 100% magenta color. Otherwise, just tell us the shape, and we can create the cutline for you.

How do I ensure my design is the right size for the stickers?

Always create your design at a larger than intended size to ensure the best quality. Also, consider the final destination of your stickers. Example: if you’re designing stickers small enough to put on a cell phone, avoid small text and super-detailed illustrations.

Do you accept vector files or only raster images?

We accept vector and raster files. Vector is preferred for quality and accuracy.

What Do You Mean By Custom Artwork?

Images or graphics should be your own and not be found images or designs taken from other artists without their permission, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Can I create my own design, or do you provide a designer?

We do not provide design services, so please have finished artwork ready prior to ordering.

PRODUCT & MATERIALS

What materials are Diecutstickers.com’s stickers made from?

Primarily PVC vinyl.

Can I get stickers that are resistant to scratches or fading?

Most of our stickers are laminated to protect from scratching or fading, unless otherwise noted. Paper Labels, Magnets, Glitter, and Holographic are NOT laminated.

Are Your Stickers Waterproof

Our vinyl stickers are laminated to protect against wet weather conditions, including rain and snow.. In addition, customers have experienced positive results when subjecting properly applied stickers to underwater conditions.

Can you Color Match?

Color matching can be difficult, but if you indicate specific colors with Pantone references, we can do our best to get within 1 or 2 shades. Be sure to choose colors from the Solid Coated library.

What does 'Beyond Custom' mean?

We offer an absurd amount of options and possibilities when it comes to making custom vinyl stickers. Some of our products can be quickly ordered entirely from our site — Die Cut Stickers, Holographic Stickers, Kiss Cut Stickers, Sticker Sheets, Event Banners — but others require more information and exploration with one of our team members.

Are Diecutstickers.com’s stickers suitable for outdoor use?

Unless specifically noted, our custom stickers are durable in the outdoors and non-extreme weather conditions.

Are the stickers removable or permanent?

Our stickers, in most cases, utilize a pressure sensitive adhesive that creates a strong bond that stays permanent on most surfaces until you decide to remove it. Labels and other sticker styles use a tacky adhesive and vary from surface to surface.

Semi-Gloss or Matte Laminate?

Semi-gloss is shiny & lush, great for full color graphics and logos. Matte is low-glare with muted colors, ideal for a vintage or natural look.

What's a Split-Back?

In order to give you an easy peel every time, we add a split to the backing of our stickers. The allows you to bend, peel, and apply in a single smooth motion. No more fumbling ever again!

PROOFS & SAMPLES

Can I request a proof before production begins?

All orders are proofed prior to production and we will not make anything until proofs are explicitly approved.

Can I get a proof of my sticker design before ordering?

Of course. All orders are proofed before going into production, even exact reorders.

Can I Get Samples?

The best way to get samples is to pick up a Sample Pack, which features our most popular sticker styles, materials, and finishes. If you’re looking to get production samples of your artwork, you’ll need to reach out to our account rep team via the contact page or info@diecutstickers.com

How long do you keep order samples?

When you place a reorder for a sticker, we use hard copy samples from our archives to make sure you receive exactly what was ordered previously.

Unfortunately, over time several factors can affect the accuracy of matching to these samples, including Printer Calibration. In the interest of freshness and accuracy, we only keep order samples on hand for 18 months. If you place a reorder outside of that time frame, we ask that you provide your own sample for reference.

PRODUCTION & ORDERING

Is there a minimum order amount?

Our minimum is 50 stickers or $50, depending on the project + material.

Can I cancel my order after I’ve placed it?

Yes. As long as your order is not currently in production, it can be cancelled. Orders placed aren’t sent into production until proofs have been approved.

How Long Is Production Time?
How do I place an order?

The easiest way to order, if you know what you want, is to create an account and order online. After you choose your sticker style, fill in the details, and place your order, we’ll send you a proof to approve before your order goes into production. If you’re not sure what you want, have questions, or have complex/ambitious needs, connect with our account rep team to get your project dialed in.

PAYMENT & PRICING

Are there additional fees for custom orders?

There are additional costs for setup time on complex orders, as well as shipping costs associated with larger orders. Info is provided during the quoting process, ensuring full transparency. No hidden fees.

Do you offer discounts on bulk orders?

Absolutely! We offer price breaks at crucial quantities and for graphics with simple color changes. 

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit Card, Debit, Paypal, Check.

Do you offer payment plans or financing options?

What should I do if my payment fails?

If you’re having trouble with payment going through, please reach out to our team to get the issue resolved.

Are taxes included in the price of the stickers?

Taxes are applied at checkout or when an account representative provides a quote.

Reseller or non-profit discounts?

Yes. Call or email to receive this special accommodations. Reseller’s will need to provide a valid Reseller’s permit and non-profit will need confirmation of their status.

SHIPPING & TRACKING

How can I track my order?

Tracking numbers become available on the ship day after the label is generated. When your order is ready to ship, we’ll email the tracking info to you. If you ordered online, you can also view your tracking # via the Orders tab in your account.

What’s the difference between "Standard" and "Expedited" shipping?

Standard shipping is typically 2-5 days, depending on your location in the United States and the chosen carrier. Expedited shipping options include 2 day, 3 day, Overnight, and more.

What happens if my package is lost or damaged in transit?

As a rule, the shipping carrier is responsible for ensuring the package arrives to its destination. However, we’re here to do our absolute best to make sure that you get your order as scheduled. If your order is lost, damaged, or something else isn’t right please call us or email info@diecutstickers.com as soon as possible so we can assess the situation and proceed accordingly.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. International rates apply and additional costs as a result of duties and tariffs are the responsibility of the recipient.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Yes. Email your order # to info@diecutstickers.com or reach out to your account rep to get your shipping destination updated. Once the package leaves our facility, it will be up to you to work with the shipping carrier to change the destination.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

What is Diecutstickers.com’s return policy for custom stickers?

Stickers can be returned for production or material defects once the issue has been determined. Contact us ASAP if you think something is wrong with your stickers.

Can I get a refund or return my stickers?

We do our best to get your project right the first time, but if your stickers are misprinted or defective we’ll do what we can to make things right.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

Reach out to our team via phone, email, or contact form. Please include your order # and photos if the stickers are damaged or not printed correctly.
