Production Turnaround
Production time begins after:

Your order is successfully placed AND

Your artwork is approved or reviewed, if applicable
Standard production timelines vary by product type and quantity.

Most standard sticker orders ship out within 4 business days

Larger orders or custom projects may require additional production time
If your project has unique specifications or tight deadlines, we recommend reaching out in advance so we can confirm timing.
Shipping Costs
Free ground shipping is available on select products within the United States, including:

Most domestic orders have a transit time of 2–5 business days. Please note that high quantity or oversized orders may be subject to exceptions.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your destination. In most cases, we select the fastest and most affordable carrier available for your address.
International Shipping
We ship to countries outside the United States. International shipping rates apply and are calculated at checkout.
Once a package reaches the destination country, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, fees, or tariffs required by the local Customs Office or Port of Entry.

Issues During Shipping
DieCutStickers.com, Medford Technologies, Inc., and its affiliated companies are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
Standard shipping rates include coverage up to $100.00 for damaged, lost, or stolen packages.
If you would like additional protection, please inquire about an Insured Shipping Rate prior to placing your order. Rates vary based on size, quantity, and declared value.
Any remake due to damaged, lost, or stolen packages is the responsibility of the customer unless shipment was fully insured.
