Easy and quick, very good quality, great communication

Just ordered and received some special die-cut decals for my company. Another company had quoted me about double the price and it was a style that I did not like to use. I remembered that I had ordered form Die Cut Stickers before and really like their product. These new decals are GREAT. Quick service, perfect decals. Easy to put on and they look like a million bucks.

These are decals for a customer of ours that we build equipment for and we are happy and they are also happy.

I almost never write a review, good or bad, but this company deserves a great review. I am already making a list of other decals that we need!

Fantastic to work with!

Before work I usually like to make a quick stop at Mandalay Deli-Mart to grab my lunch and noticed Die Cut Stickers next door, so I was curious because I wanted to make a photo of my dog into a sticker and I was not disappointed, very easy to navigate the website and create your sticker and they came in quick and high quality.

I've been searching for someone that could make custom stickers for my custom action figure suits. I needed them really small like some of them less than half an inch and they printed out beautifully in the exact size that I needed. Very quick production and delivery.

I wasn’t sure how you would cut around the Chinese characters in the Japanese name of my company... and you did a fantastic job. Well done!! I love the look and feel of the stickers, especially the rounded edges around the kanji.

I also am grateful for the split backing, which makes it really easy to remove the backing and affix the stickers carefully, one side first to get the placement just right and then the other side afterwards.

I also am grateful for the materials you use -- sturdy, durable, and sticky! I was able to affix a sticker to the fabric case of some headphones. They stuck pretty well initially, and then I used a hairdryer to melt the glue in a bit more and it’s perfect.

I definitely will be back for more.

I had ordered 5000 stickers online, but made them in two different orders. My first order was for 1000 and then my work realized we needed a lot more, so we made a second order for 4000. We have an event coming up and we needed to ship half of them to two different places. I spoke with someone on the phone about doing will call instead of shipping and they made that change with no complications whatsoever. I went to pick up my order when it was ready, but only 1000 was ready and the other 4000 wasn't going to be ready for another week or so. I asked how much it would cost to get them sooner (within a day) and the man working at will call went and talked with someone and when he came back he said "we can have them ready in 10-15 minutes." My mind was blown, I took him up on the offer and thanked a multitude of times. When he came out with my order boxed up I asked him how much the cost was and he said "no extra charge." The service was absolutely and incredibly over the top amazing. Not only did they save my butt, but they did it graciously and with a smile.

TL;DR — Diecut Stickers is the best! Don't sleep on them!

Communication was horrific. Stickers arrived later than guaranteed on their page, my stickers were super dark compared to my actual colors. They won’t respond to me on making it right, so they won’t be getting my additional orders for stickers and banners. Horrible

Quick and accurate email responses with a clear understanding of how to make my sticker look the greatest it can be. They also know how to get them done in a short amount of time making it very convenient for upcoming shows or online order demands that may be somewhat short notice. Wonderful crew of people in my opinion

Damn! This place is wonderful all over the place. I was a little confused about the place-the-order-then-upload-your-artwork system they use. But I called the shop, a human picked up the phone on the third ring--no '...our menu has recently changed...' nonsense, but an actual human who was KIND. And patient. And so helpful. And answered all of my questions. And felt like the kind of person I would enjoy hanging out with over a glass of beer.

Oh, and then, the stickers themselves? A. Maze. Ing. The quality is incredible and the shipping was fast and the prices were more than reasonable. I have just talked to a group of seven students who I've asked to design more stickers, just so we can order through Die Cut Stickers again. Thank you Camron and thank you Die Cut Team!
